Intended use:
Used for the removal of stones from the bile ducts through ERCP.
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP) is used to visualize bile ducts, bladder or pancreatic ducts with X-ray contrast medium. This endoscopic method is suitable for therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
In the course of an ERCP, the GI doctor can obtain biopsy material, implant stents, place a drainage or extract bilde duct stones.
Features:
Foreign body basket curve and unfole outside the endoscope and that capture polyps and foreign bodies by positioning them and then lacing them around the target. The baskets have an atraumatic tip and are strong. They are available in a number of variants, in stainless steel and in nitinol with metal tip.
The foreign body baskets are delivered in boxes of 10 pieces, sterile packed.
